What will we do during the 90 mins of cooling time?

That is completely up to you. We have seen people do games, karaoke, gift opening at baby and bridal showers, dinner, drinks what ever you decided. We can spend this time packing up or we can pack up at the end of the night, just let us know.

We also offer 3 packages for you to choose from if you don’t know how to fill up the time.

1) We can bring 2 of the games that people love. We can provide you with a list to choose from and we can lead the group through these fun games and the 90 mins will be gone faster than you know

2) We are big here on self care and relaxation, one of our candle specialist does sound meditation and breath work and will lead you through a relaxing experience to calm your mind and your body.

3) Custom DIY T-shirt making. We have a heat press and multiple designs to choose from. Which we can send you upon request. Or you can send us any custom design (must be .png) and we can have your guest make custom shirts on the spot. This option must be ordered with a candle party at least 2 weeks in advance. Tote Bag $10 T-shirts are $15 sweatshirts $25 and hoodies are $35. We bring the blank shirts and designs and guest can press them onto a shirt or tote bag.

What to do once your candle runs out?

Since you enjoy your scent so much your candle may be gone quicker than you think. No worries we will save your candle information ( name and scent mixture) and ship you out your 12 oz candle for an additional fee $20 + shipping

Can I burn my candle as soon as I get home?

I know you love your creation and can’t wait to fill your space with that wonderful scent. We recommend a 2 week curing time to allow the wax and fragrance to fully blend. Trust me the smell will go further and last longer if you wait, but we completely understand if you can’t, It smells SO GOOD! Whenever you decided to burn your candle make sure the first burn is more than 4 hours, and you trim your wick after each burn.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of people that can attend.

The minimum number of people is 2. For date night just let us know in advance we will leave you alone during the cooling time and come back to label and bag the candle. ( or not just let us know, lol). The maximum is 25, but if there is a larger event you want to host we can accommodate we will just need a minimum of 20 days notice.

What if I am outside of San Diego?

We can travel to Orange County and Riverside County ( except Temecula) a $250 travel fee will be added onto your party. If you are with in San Diego County and outside of a 25 mile radius from zip code 92069. We have an additional $50 travel free. There is no additional for locations with in a 25 mile radius. This includes Temecula. Unfortunately we don’t operate in Mexico.

What days and times are you available?

We are available everyday of the week. Please contact us to ensure availability for your event date/time.

What’s Included?

Each participant gets a 12oz candle their choice of a scent mix between 2 scents, and a personalized label with their name and the name of their candle. We will provide you with care instructions and packaging to take your candle home in. We will bring table decor all materials for candle making, aprons, and a backdrop for photos. If you ever want your candle again without hosting another party your scent mixture will be saved and we can make a ship you another 12 oz candle for an additional fee. Is there anything the location must have?

Yes, we will require a minimum of 2 electrical outlets, tables and seating for all participants. Also we will need accessiable parking and a drop off location. It is preferred to have an indoor location or indoor area for the candles to be able to cool, especially in the summer months. We love the outdoors too ! Feel free to bring your own food and drink and anything else the location allows. We always recommend music

How long are the events?

Depending on the group size, candle making can take anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. There is a required 90 min cooling time so you can safely take you candle home. The party time includes 1 hour setup, 30 min break down and 2 hours for candle making and cooling. For a total of 3.5 hours. If your party last longer ( for example you want to do a conveyor style party or have people making candles in waves) an additional fee of $50/hr will be charged.

Are there age restrictions?

All participants must be 12 and over.
